40th Marpole Scouts is a volunteer-run Scouts Canada group serving youth and families in Vancouver’s Marpole community. We provide fun, safe, and inclusive opportunities for youth to build confidence, learn new skills, make friends, and enjoy outdoor adventures.
Ages 5–7. Beavers learn through play, games, outdoor activities, and simple adventures with friends.
Ages 8–10. Cubs build confidence, teamwork, outdoor skills, and independence through hands-on activities and adventures.
Ages 11–14. Scouts take on bigger adventures, camping, leadership, outdoor skills, and community activities.
Interested in joining 40th Marpole Scouts? New members are welcome when space is available.
The 40th Marpole Scout Hall is our home in the Marpole community and a gathering place for youth, volunteers, and Scouting activities.
The hall also has an important connection to Marpole’s Japanese Canadian history. This recognized heritage building reflects the long history of community groups that have used and cared for it.
Your support helps us provide programs, equipment, activities, and outdoor experiences that help local youth learn, grow, and have fun through Scouting.
Have a question about joining, our programs, or the Scout Hall? Send us a message and a volunteer will get back to you.
